Here at HappySelf we are committed to being as eco-friendly as possible, and it is important to us that we use sustainable, recyclable materials where we can. We review this with our production partners regularly. 

The ink we use is eco-offset and has no hazardous substances. All the paper and card used in our journals is either Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified or from sustainably managed forests. The thread used to sew the binding is made from recycled water bottles. All our packaging is climate neutral and made with FSA paper and fully recyclable. 

Our cover is Vegan friendly and made from polyurethane which can be recycled. 

All waste paper used during production is recycled, and we use land and sea transportation wherever possible.
