What materials do you use?

Here at HappySelf we are committed to being as eco-friendly as possible, and it is important to us that we use sustainable, recyclable materials where we can.  We review this with our production partners regularly.      The ink we use is eco-offset and has no hazardous substances. All the paper and card used in our journals is Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified.  The thread used to sew the binding is made from recycled water bottles. Are your journals available in any shops?

We are currently available in a small number of shops in the UK and abroad including Liberty London. If you are a retailer who is interested in stocking the journal please email hello@happyselfjournal.com. We are currently only stocking those with a physical retail presence.

Where is my order?

We aim to ship orders same or next working day. Generally orders made before 2pm are shipped same day. COVID-19 update We are still shipping same or next working day. However due to increased volumes and challenging working conditions the postal services in the UK and abroad are experiencing delays. Delivery times are therefore less predictable and may take longer. Please be patient if your parcel hasn't arrived yet and leave enough time before getting in touch with us. What is your return policy?

Please feel free to return your journal within two weeks as long as it is unused and in a sellable condition. You will need to pay for the return postage and we strongly suggest you use a signed for option as we can't issue a refund until we receive the goods and have checked that they are in good condition.
