Please note our final order dates for Christmas below. For UK Orders: Wednesday 18th December, 2pm. Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Amazon Shipping For Australia, New Zealand and the Rest of The World orders: Thursday 5th December, 2pm Service: Royal Mail International Standard (untracked) For Canada orders Friday 13th December, 2pm Service: Royal Mail International Standard (untracked) Orders received after these dates will be dispatched as normal up until Monday 23rd December and again on Friday 27th December. What materials do you use?

Here at HappySelf we are committed to being as eco-friendly as possible, and it is important to us that we use sustainable, recyclable materials where we can. We review this with our production partners regularly. The ink we use is eco-offset and has no hazardous substances. All the paper and card used in our journals is Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified. The thread used to sew the binding is made from recycled water bottles. All our packaging is climate neutral and made with FSA paper and fully recyclable. Our cover is Vegan friendly and made from polyurethane which can be...
Are your journals available in any shops?

We are currently available in a small number of shops in the UK and abroad. If you are a retailer who is interested in stocking the journal please email hello@happyselfjournal.com. We are currently only stocking those with a physical retail presence.
Where is my order?

We aim to ship orders within two to three working days from our UK warehouse. COVID-19 update September 2021 We are still noticing some disruption to postal services in the UK and aboard due to increased volumes and challenging working conditions with staff shortages and the movement of goods around the carrier networks taking longer than expected. Delivery times still remain less predictable and may take longer. Please be patient if your parcel hasn't arrived yet and leave enough time before getting in touch with us.
